There's really nothing that can be done about this glitch. I have the newest Flash Player and a Broadband Internet connection but still have to deal with it. I tried someone else's suggestion on Pandora and it worked pretty well. Load the same video in 2 separate tabs. Turn the sound off on one of them and use the audio from one and the video from the other one. Usually the sound is about 2-4 seconds ahead of the video. However, on the last few episodes, the sound skips after each commercial break and you have to increase the delay. This can reach as high as 10 or more seconds after the last break. It may take a few seconds to get the timing right but when you do it works out well.
