Austin Nichols - of the short-lived John From Cincinnati on HBO and recently Friday Night Lights (Julie's young teacher) - has been cast to appear in 10 episodes of One Tree Hill this season.
The CW has not yet confirmed details on his role, but since he's young and attractive (and this is One Tree Hill we're talking about) I'm going to go out on a limb and say "someone's love interest".

He is okay but not as hott as Chad Michael Murray and James Lafferty. He will probably be with Brooke =]
i'm going to be a devil's advocate and suggest that he may be the rift that come between Lucas and Peyton..because they haven't actually tied the knot yet and with those two, somthing always comes up. Might be this guy....
He's is a movie producer looking to debut Lucasas book, and he also has his eye on peyton.....Ooooooh.
coz lucas will find out, and thats why he will only be in a few episodes.
But Peyton wouldn't do anything to mess it up with Lucas again or the new guy kisses Peyton but Peyton is like no no and then she tells Lucas. Lucas will get angry and they will break up and then he will go to Brooke and kiss her. And Brooke will kiss him back. So instead of Peyton stealing Lucas from Brooke, Brooke will do it to Peyton but Peyton and Lucas should still get back together.
I can so be a director. That is what I wanna be though. =] Anybody else think I'm good enough?
NO!, Nuthin' will happen, Peyton wont let it happen, Lucas will get angary with him and he wont get a movie outta his book.
I love Brooke, Brooke is my favourite, but peyton and Lucas are destined to be together. With Brooke and Lucas it was just sex, there was no love watsoeva but Peyton and lucas are sooo in love, there is a great connection.
Chadlover hate to break it to you but dat ain't gonna happen... if Peyton did tell Lucas he wouldn't break up with her he'd go for that guy and even if anything like that happened they'd still be together or friends or whatever.
Peyton and Lucas WILL NOT break up. If anything happens with this guy, they'll work through it, i know!! =)
And i think he should be with Brooke, they'd be good together, but I must agree; he isn't NEARLYYY as hot as Lucas && Nathan =)
Why is there all of this talk about it being Peyton? seriously, has no one really considered Brooke except for a few people? he may be ugly, but...she liked bartender guy lat season, and he was pretty ugly. its probably gonna be something like him helping brooke in some way with the store, or meeting her through lucas (if he is the producer)

Good looking in Wimbledon, not in most other things, lol. Yep, I'd imagine him liking Peyton cos Brooke wants to settle down soon.
Beautiful, ugly, hot or not, this is all pure based on opinions. Everyone from the OTH cast could fall for this guy. I think that the guy is definetly interested in Peyton and after a while Lucas will have to decide between the girl or the movie.
