Valid Links

As usual whenever I try to add a valid link to an episode with no good links, it's locked and I can't figure out how to contact whoever can unlock it to add good links. And since this is a discussion...have any of you had these same problems (not being able to submit a good link because somebody locked it and there's no visible way to get around it) with the different shows you watch here on sidereel?
