Wizard Wars: The Magical Battle Continues! Vote in Round 3

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince has put us all into a wizard frenzy, so let's continue to enjoy the madness with Round 2 of SideReel's Wizard Wars!

Due to so many nominations for Round 1, we stuck with a list format, but with some big number gaps in the Round 1 voting, we've narrowed the big list down to the 4 most voted Harry Potter wizards and the 4 most voted non-Potter wizards.

Check out the battle bracket (click on the image to enlarge), then comment below with your choices.

Choose one wizard for the win from each pairing on the Potter side, then one from each pairing on the non-Potter side. The winner from each pairing will then go on to Round 3 to continue the battle!

Round 2 voting will run Friday afternoon (7/17) through Monday afternoon (7/20).

Well I'll just preface this post with my opinion that the final match-up will result in Gandalf defeating Dumbledore. All the other competitors would easily get cleaned out by either of these two.

As for round two...

Okay someone has to point this out when you say WIZARD it's known that a wizard is a male witch; thus women can't be wizards and men can't be witches. I know it's a technicality, but that's the the mythology. I'm not saying Piper or Willow shouldn't be included, I'm saying that it should be changed to Wizards and Witches not just Wizards .

But here's my choices I'm not a fan of the Harry Potter series (books or movies) so I'm guessing on those ones.

and btw, Dumbledore maybe the one wizard Voldemort feared, but Dumbledore probably feared loads of wizards. Voldemort is so cool he can fly. Also - super hot when he was Tom Riddle.
Willow - owns. She is awesome, and like a goddess. Merlin is like TEH wizard. Harry didn't get killed by some curtain, so he wins. Plus he's like practically un killable.

This was a very appropriate match up, these magic users generally act the same way, (Merlin and Gandolf both use wisdom rather than magic whenever they can for example.)

Ok, I just want to say, Gandalf really can't lose here. If you read The Silmarillion, it explains that Gandalf and the other Wizards aren't actually mortal beings. They are Maiar, which are basically that universe's equivalent to Angels taken humanoid form (Sauron is one of the Maiar as well). One of the lesser Angels, but still...

He is basically the most powerful magic-user who ever existed in the hundreds of thousands or millions of years that that reality existed, besides the Valar, who are the arch-angels of that reality. All you guys who thought Gandalf was just an elderly human who learned magic a few decades before The Lord Of The Rings takes place or The Hobbit, sorry. He's actually more powerful than all the other wizards on this list put together, and then some.

If it was Merlin of lore, (not young merlin from the new series) he would definitely destroy gandalf- because gandalf is just a reincarnation of the archetype that merlin set centuries before.
harry would beat sirius, because sirius would never hurt harry, and harry is the chosen one(meaning he has crazy good look
Dumbledore(who is just another merlin copy) would beat voldemort because duh! voldemort is only good at staying alive and killing innocent people.
Willow would beat piper because the charmed ones divided are pretty lame. even willow giles tara and the scoobies would totally beat the charmed ones and leo (and their weird future children) because the scoobies were bad ass.
also they knew how to research, not just use the Book of Shadow for everything.
