How could this possibly be the END? I don't believe it!!!
NBC, you retards! This is THE best show ever, and I can't believe why you'd want to cancel such an amazing show.
Please, for anything you hold kind and dear to you, put this show back on!
Sincerely,
Kings Enthusiast

I know eh?? I am from here out boycotting NBC... might as well anyways they're just going to replace it with crap....
What do you want, they retold the story of David and Goliath pretty well, although Jack and Silas should have died making David King over more, and if there is a new season, hopefully, if I remember correctly, David will have a war between his Kingdom and Silas's son, which I think would be either that little kid or the Cross kid.
Where did I put my bible?
I too am disappointed that this one didn't make it. Not a perfect show by any means, but pretty inventive and definitely compelling.
Really seems like NBC never gave this one the chance it deserved either...they barely promoted it before pulling it and then shafting it to Saturdays to burn off the remainder. Too bad, indeed.
B...b...but now we can fill it up with ANOTHER L&O repeat!
i know this show is amazing the story line is great it is just the best show ever I'm so mad right now but please do not cancel it.
They've canceled Kings? I thought it got great ratings...not to mention its the best thing NBC have managed to cook up for ages!
Horrible to have canceled it. I think I'll stop watching other NBC shows at this point. I'm getting incredibly sickened of having good things come along, reel me in, ravage my mind, and become canceled. NBC sucks.
There is a reason NBC is 4th in rating. Only advertise an expensive productions pilot to a late season premiere a little. Premier the show on a Sunday night. After that do not advertise it ever. When it gets poor rating but decent Sunday rating ca thencle show half way thru the season. Show the remaining episodes on Saturday night to finish out the season. Great way to insure a show is successful, NOT.
I do not know if the show would of been canceled if they had tried to keep the cost down, and given the show the treatment other major shows premiers. It would of been nice if NBC would of at least tried. There is a reason NBC if fourth out of the major networks.
I do not buy the whole offend religious people excuse for not advertising the pilot well. NBC never has had a problem with that before. I have been offended by by some of there lame christian relgouis movies being sold as accurate, but not this series.
I mean taking the rough outline of David and Saul with tons of references to the real story, moving it to a modern setting then adding a huge amount of variations was a great idea. Kind of like how Clueless was take off of "Sense and Sensibility". Some similar major plot lines but that was it.
