Send a Compliment at 11:39 PDT, 27 August, 2009Bryce Larkin may be gone (the actor who portrayed him, Matthew Bomer, will be starring in USA Network's new series White Collar this Fal), but it looks like Chuck is going to have a new dashing brunette male spy to contend with.
Chuck has landed none other than Superman actor Brandon Routh, who will be playing (from EW): "Shaw, a mysterious new spy who takes control as the new leader of Operation Bartwoski, becoming a mentor to Chuck and a rival in his affections for Sarah."
Routh will first appear in the 4th episode of the 3rd season, which sadly, is still not airing until March...
Who is excited by this piece of casting news?

Yes, as long as they keep the rest of the team. Casey is great comedy.
Yessssssssss but i want chuck and sarah. I feel for Chuck. Hahaha
its sounds fun but they have to play it right or it will not work out right and people will stop watching.
