Jenna Elfman Pregnant on Accidentally on Purpose and In Real Life

Jenna Elfman, who plays a pregnant woman on her new CBS series Accidentally on Purpose, announced on Wednesday that she is expecting her second child.

"I have a baby in my tummy, but a real one, not just for my TV show," Elfman told Julie Chen on The Early Show.

Elfman's character in Purpose is unexpectedly impregnated by a younger man. "My character is pregnant the whole first season, so I said it's a good time to have another baby because we won't have to hide it," said Elfman. Her co-star, Ashley Jensen, is also pregnant in real life, but the producers are hiding her pregnancy on the show.

Elfman and her husband, actor Bodhi Elfman, have a 2-year-old son named Story Elias.
