When the seventh-season premiere of NCIS kicks off, the team is still reeling from the loss of Ziva (Cote de Pablo). Looking forward, however, Gibbs (Mark Harmon) orders Tony (Michael Weatherly) and McGee (Sean Murray) to begin the search for her replacement.

    I'm glad Ziva is back, and I think that we will see a new dynamic start to develop in the Tiva relationship now. This was way more for Tony than just rescuing a co-worker and I think Ziva could see that.
