i refuse to watch it! KITT SHOULD NOT BE A MUSTANG!!!

i wasn't a huge fan of the first knight rider (i was a 5 year old little girl at the time) but i always loved kitt. i wouldn't say it fully inspired me to buy my 2002 trans-am, but i did remember how bad ass i thought kitt was. but how dare they make kitt into a stupid mustang?!? KITT IS A TRANS AM AND IT SHOULD STAY THAT WAY!!!! so whether the show is good or total crap - i won't tune in! they might as well have put paris hilton in the lead driving a pink bmw for all its worth . . .

   See the problem is if they would have went to the trans-am then everyone would be confused cause the old kitt was two thousand not three. Its a new series new driver and if you remember the old ones kitt (the original) was melted down and then but in the new trans-am. (and remember that was at the end of the movie.) And they couldn't go with the GM i.e. the new Camaro is cause GM wouldn't fork over the cars for a sponsorship. Notice all the main cars that you get a good look at are Fords.

   ur entitled ot ur opinion, but u have to remember this isnt a remake of the original series...its a continuation with michael knights son......even if we had the orginal trans am KITT, then u would complain its not right because The Hoff isnt the driver anymore...come on...give it a chance! and like everyone else has said...this is the KNight Industries Three thousand, not the KNight Industries Two thousand......its a different model....i personally like the new knight rider and i watched the old school knight rider as well.....it was especially cool tribute during this past wednesday's show when KITT was coming toward the screen in the desert to rescue mike traceur.....that was super nostalgic for me....and i heard The Hoff is supposed to make some guest appearances if the series stays on

   I disagree... the mustang looks a lot better than the Trans Am.

   show me an 08 trans am! Stupid GM decided to make other, more "better" cars. The cobra does the job, plus the stang will beat any trans am.

   personally i think the stang looks better, and would perform better ( assuming the suspension setup was fixed.....) besides, tans ams are freaking ugly, like anything that was made in the late 70's, 80's and 90's

   i rekon the mustang is way hotter than the trans am and u need a new car for a new generation, the car has to live up to its expectations, no-offense but i dont really see a trans am with nano technology, however i do understand ur point of view on sticking with tradition, but then again, things change.

   I like the car as is, even though I am not a fan of ford. Also using the camero, and the shape shifting would have associated it too much to Transformers, The movie!! To build a new generation of followers, is it done by repeating the past......I think not!

    dont judge a book by its cover? u havnt even seen it so stop complaining. mustangs are awsome. if you're not going to give it a chance then dont bother reviewing it
