My Wife's Biggest Loser Challenge - TV or Walking

For episode 3 of Biggest Loser, my wife had to choose between going walking with a friend or watching and blogging about Biggest Loser Families. I think that's a harder challenge than the show. She definitely doesn't have Jillian in her face motivating her.
