Life on Mars was brilliant. I was a big fan. And then it finished, which was sad. But I soon heard there was going to be a spin-off without Sam. Personally, I didn't like the idea, I thought that it would just be horrible and there would be no point in watching. But when I did tune into the first episode, I discovered I had been completely wrong. It was a very good follow-up. Obviously not as good as Life on Mars. But it's very rare that sequels are as good as the original. I'm definately going to tune in next week.
