She's been spending most of her time in Western Europe as of late. And over the weekend, Salma Hayek narrowly escaped a major wardrobe malfunction.
The "From Dusk Till Dawn" hottie was appearing on the German television show "Wetten dass...?" when she lost a bet with an audience member and had to don some authentic German garb.
