I love this show, and think that this is the best season since season 1. I like the tension between House and Wilson, Wilson is finally getting some nerve and standing up to House!
i totally agree with you minni59..this season has really left me deflated. i used to be sooooooo invested in house from season 1 but now i just don't really care. i think it started last season with houses new team...i just haven't taken to them like i did with cameron chase and foremon, i loved the raport they had with house. the new team just doesnt do it for me, they r just flat. i just can't take the asian guy seriously because of his previous work (kumar goes to whitecastle or whatever) n the others are a bit blaaand. i miss the whole chase/cameron/house traingle...aaaaaaaaaaawwwwwwwwwwww i neeeed to see more of them. why have the writers written out their best characters, i no they r still around but its just not the same. the wilson story line was soo fantastic (the actor who plays wilson should have been nominate for an emmy btw)that i thought we were going to see more of an emotional and heartrenching breakdown of house and wilsons relationship but it seems like they just skimmed over it. because of all of the above i have only watched 2 episodes of this season n i must say that it doesnt hurt as much as i thought it would.
i thought that i'm the only one who don't like the new team, and you're right "anita106", the new team is no where near Cameron, Chase, and Foreman. they try to make all these episode that heavily 13, but in my opinion, 13/house relationship doesn't have the kind of chemistry like cameron/house had, and the other two guys, let just say i wouldn't even notice that they're in the show if they're not talking. and you're right that the show was getting kind of boring since last season. but i think the PI guy really bring something to the show, the show is actually less boring w/ the PI guy. and what's w/ all the 13's stuffs, talk way too much about her, one thing for sure is that she can't never replace Cameron.
anyway, the rating isn't falling so i guess we're just a few people who don't like the new team. i wish there would be more of us so that at least we can do a petition to bring the old ducklings back and get rid of new ducklings, b/c i really missed the old ducklings.
lol about the petition....i think there are more people who feel the same way that we do 'kindaichikijuto' its just that they don't want to give up on it because it is a great show and it still can be if the writers go about it in the right way. ratings have dropped just a little bit but not enough and seeing how hugh laurie jsut got a biig pay rise it doesnt look like they are thinking of revising the script. o well..i hope season 6 is better and that they bring back the 'old ducklings' lol for our sake.
