What happened to episode 2

I went to the site to watch episode 2 and found they skipped from 1 to 3. What happened to episode 2? I even tried to get it from the scifi site and couldn't get it there either.

    IMDB has episodes 2.1 (Sanctuary For All), and 2.2 (Fata Morgana) available to watch online. 2.3 (Folding Man) is listed as well, so I assume it will be available to watch soon...

    i think episode 1 counts as episodes 1 and 2 alot of the time with 2 hour premiers they will split it up into two episodes later
