A Harbor Poem For Kenley
Kenley dons her Bettie Page
Jet black hair, the 1940s rage
Silk flower, pinned in her hair
And blood red lips to pout
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Daddy left, on a summer's day
In a tug boat, going far away
He made it clear, he could not stay
For no harbor was his home.
