Production Shut Down on "Easy Money" and "Valentine"
MRC - Media Rights Capital - the independent producer who purchased The CW's Sunday night block - has shut down production on two of the shows airing in that slot, Valentine and Easy Money.
Both shows aired two episodes. Last night, Valentine averaged 1 million viewers and Easy Money (which is actually supposedly pretty good) received only 750K.
This is not a cancellation yet (it's a 4 to 6 week hiatus), but it probably may as well should be.

whyyyyyyyyyyyyy????????????
i like valentine
I thought Valentine was pretty good!
I've seen a lot worse that has gotten full runs and second seasons!
Damn it! :(
Please dont, Easy Money is such a promissing surprise, like it very much. Good writing, believable characters, reminds me a bit of Friday Night life, LOVE this show.
Valentine is kinda sweet, but a bit too cheesy for me.
Although I liked the love goddess already in Dexter as the british invasion vampire girl.
nooooo...valentine is exceptionally good. I love it!
Figures...I watch both of these shows. Valentine's such a cute show!
Surprisingly, Easy Money seems to live to and exceed the CWs expectation, considering that they weren't lifted very high...i didn't hear about the show until after the pilot and i check there website weekly...but anyways, i think that the show took a very simple and often used idea and made it their own. I called the whole adoption storyline before it happened but it was so much fun contemplating possibilities that i was still intrigued when i watched the show. I guess what i'm saying is that Easy Money, is a good show and i don't think it deserves to be cancelled.
i love watching valentine. i wish they asked the people before they cancelled shows.
does anyone have some news on the rumours, will the shows be cancelle?
Specially Easy Money deserves a chance, its well written, good acting all based on a simple story but so nice. I love those small shows...
Sadly, they were both canceled this morning. Haven't had a chance to make a general post yet.
The story was just getting good in Valentine. I really hope the show doesn't get axed for good.
