If life drags you down, if rain is pouring from your skies and you don't know if the sun is ever gonna shine again; if you need confirmation that this world is not all sarcastic, self-centered dirt, this series is what you want to watch then.

This show is so mollifyingly innocent. It's one of those no-dirty-jokes, no-biting-sarcasm, educationally-valuable situation comedies of the old times - just great and harmless, old-school fun.

The only drawback is that after moving from ABC to The WB Television Network after season 4, the show lost a big part of its old charm. Everything got more complicated and "grown-up" and thus less funny - just didn't fit the series...

Although I have to admit that even these seasons have their moments - like Hilda's clock for example. Simply hilarious.

So - as a conclusion - the perfect sitcom in the first 4 seasons and a pretty good one in the last 3.

I just loved that show as a child an I still can't stop watching it...
