    I think the shows are completely different but i love them both, different kinds of humor

    I think they're very similar, and Tim (UK version of Jim) is very similar. This show is still pretty funny though not nearly as funny as the US version of The Office. Steve Carrell is just too funny.

    There are not as many pratical jokes...that is what kills me on the US version.

    That might have something to do with the fact that the american office is based on the UK one, Also Jim is the US version of Tim.. seeing as the UK office was out before US lol.

    SCARTEG I AGREE THE MAIN DIFFERENCES I WOULD SAY IS THE AMOUNT OF SEXUAL JOKES THE UK VERSION IS MORE DIRTY ALSO ALOT MORE DRINKING AND DAVID BRENT IS ALOT LESS LOVEABLE THAN MICHALE SCOTT
