Despite the fact that the fans have rallied, it seems as though Las Vegas is still doomed.

According to Michael Ausiello from TV Guide, NBC is continuing to take apart the sets and selling whatever can be bought in a 'fire sale', despite the recent efforts of fans.

The show's creator believes that the abrupt cancellation was a direct result of the strike; had there been no strike the show would have had 3 additional episodes to tie up all of the loose ends.

For the record, I'd venture to say that Delinda's baby was going to make it out ok.
