The L Word Ordered for a Final Season

Showtime has ordered a sixth and final season of The L Word.

The show will start production this summer to air 8 episodes in early 2009. The L Word has had an excellent run, so hopefully this shortened final season can do it justice!

   I think it's better if they cut it while it's still got a strong story and reputation.

   
   

   If they keep it going just for the sake of keeping it on the air, the story suffers.

   I love this show and don't want it to end. It very heartbroken when Dana died and I will be even more heartbroken when the show dies. Plus I also love love love Leisha and don't want to see her go.

   I've like the show very much, but I didn't like the end of the season 5 >.<

   think the jenny don't deserves to suffer that way... I what the series to keep going cause I want to see Jenny to have a happy ending, like Tina and Bette ^^
