Send a Compliment at 23:16 PST, 14 November, 2008As most GH fans, I want answers, I want them quick, and most of all: I want all of this Jim + Death stuff to end! They can change it, and if the writers are really planning on going with the "Jim staying as a ghost" or "Jim in another body" ideas, they are going to go against all the principles that make this show what it is.
I absolutely love the relationship between Melinda and Jim ( who wouldn't right, perfect+hot paramedic is the best Husband ever). And, I am tired of crying like a baby during these episodes. The writers are playing with the only stable thing in the show, and its an annoying mistake.
BUT** there is, apparently a silver lining.
According to this website, the fate of the couple will be decided during the episode of November 21st- aka: next Friday!
So, If anyone hears about any new spoilers, please post. A week seems like forever!

It looks like Jim is holding a guitar case, which makes no sense. I'm sure that character Sam was in a band or something and Melinda is following him. As far as her second shot at love, Deliah probably knows it Jim's spirit in Sam's body, so that's why she's telling Melinda to try and be with him, and probably bring back Jim's memory.
I agree that if they keep Jim in Sams body it is an awful mistake. They can not explain it as Sams body was dead, it should begin to rot because Jims spirit would not be enough to bring that body back to life.
If they don't turn this into a dream sequence, coma or something else that would bring Jim back into his own body then I am sad to say Ghost Whisperer has jumped the shark and they won't be around much longer.
Finally people that see my point. My friend is just happy that Jim is back. She didn't understand why I thought this whole "Jim in another body" thing was stupid. I'm so sick of writers thinking they can "shake things up" by killing main characters. We've seen it in other shows...we get it...no one is safe. So how about going against the grain and not killing off hot men!!
Urgh!!! I had to catch up on my GW at work because of the crazy hours I have to work. I was so excited to watch the new season, until I actually started watching it. Jamie Kennedy is okay but he is no Prof.Payne. First he goes off the show, now Jim! I haven't even gotten to the Jim Dies episode, I don't even want to watch it. This was the one show left on TV that I loved. Now the writers ruined another great show. How about listening to the fans of the show, and not what you think we MIGHT want to see!
I agree with almost everyone here! It should be a dream sequence or something so that they can make GW the right way again. I think that the writers thought that the whole thing was getting old or something but the went way too far. Jim made balance in Mel's life, now that everything is changing I *almost* don't want to watch it.
I wish they never killed Jim, he is the perfect man and him and Melinda had the perfect relationship (even if its just a program I was envious of their relationship! lol)
I have cried through every episode since he died!
they need to find a way to bring him back, I dont think I could cry anymore!
yes, everyone here is very right. as a matter of fact, myself and about 30 of my friends who used to watch ghost whisperer every week got tired of the whole soap type plot with jim's killing off by the out of it writers, and we all stopped watching. it's a shame, but it seems our imagination is currently better then the actual story line. so, until the writers get with their program here, i'm no longer a fan. i don't need the torture. this tv show was my fav. the only one i really made sure i watched. and now, i just don't want to watch it. period. way to ruin a great thing writers.
