Paula Abdul approached Tom Bergeron, the Dancing with the Stars host, during the last season finale and revealed that she would love to be a contestant on the show.

Though she obviously has choreographing experience, she has never had ballroom training.

An executive was also around at the time and seemed to think that it was a good idea, so perhaps we'll be seeing Paula on the other end of a judging table come next season...
