think vince was actually shit ? or does the director just have his head up his ass? maybe the stink of medellin still surrounds vince.. ?
I dont know but I cant tell wtf is happening to the guy or where the hell his career is headed..

OMG it was awesome, I loved this episode!!!!!!!!!! I think Vince was shit, atleast the parts they showed, he didn't have emotion, but the directer was crazy too, so I dunno.
But I can't wait to see what happens next, poor Turtle, I hope he sees her again :D
Watch the episode they answer the question for you. The chairman of the studio and president thought that his acting was excellent from what they saw.
The director was a douche.
There was nothing wrong with Vince's acting, the directer was just insane and probably still remembering Madellin. I like that Turtle finally has a girl, but there's something weird about her not wanting people to know she's with Turtle. She claims its the ex boyfriend thing, but she probably has a current boyfriend she's not admitting to. Guess we'll just have to wait and see!
Neocount is right that according to what happened in the episode we are supposed to believe he was good, but I agree with Ally616 that it makes things increasingly confusing that to me, he also seemed kind of bad...
I think that the psycho/back stabbing/line giving away director was freaking him out a little, but he started getting his act (pardon the pun) together there at the end of his hanging from the rig.
The studio heads really did seem to like his performance, so I'm not sure why they're on a plane at the end.
Turtle's name is Sal, heh? Who knew?
