Peyton's stomach? Can I get a WHAT, WHAT?

So at the end of "We Three" she bends over at the very end grasping her side.


What is that about?


I didn't like this episode so much, yeah it was sweet (Lucas & Peyton forever) but we didn't really learn anything new, and it's not really got any plot development... Apart from this side-pain-thing.


WHAT IS GOING ON!!?!?

    so i think she has cancer or shes pregnant. cuz when you're still early in your first trimester and you don't get enough rest or over work yourself you're body will tell you when it's time to relax... but i'm more toward cancer personally

    wrd i thought she mioght be pregnant too. but now im thinging tpo make the show more crazy and for her and lucas to keep struggling she is going to have like a minor cancer scare and that was the point of the whole dream like something is going to happen to her but they are still going to be allways and forever. but i really hope she is pregnant because poor lucas and her have been thru so much heartache in the past 5 years like they need a break.

    I've thought of both of those two but would it really hurt like that, so suddenly? So... You know? I can't see it being so sharp and painful the way it was.


    Cancer does make the most sense though, unless she is pregnant and there is something wrong? But her mom had cancer, so it might have been passed on...

    In the forums on www.onetreehillfans.com, everyone is saying that Peyton is pregnant. In fact, i think 1 spoiler even said its been confirmed that she's pregnant... Now, I don't know if this is going to be a good or a bad thing, as we have only really, recently gotten over the arrival of Jamie and Lilly, which I know has been 5 years in the show, but its only been about 1 year and a few months for us - so based on that, I'm not sure if I will get bored of that story line, or completely fall in love with it.. I don't know...

    If she is pregnant, it is somehow going to be julians.

    If she has cancer, then I hate the show. END OF.


    The fact that he said 'peyton, promise you'll never leave me' really makes me think it could be some sort of illness.
