Highly unlikely. Rather than having an affair, I am much more inclined to think that Miguel will take matters into his own hands (and probably stuff up, as he is quite inexperienced). Chances are that he will be put in a position where to stop himself being found/imprissoned he will blab about dexter, or could be seen by dex to be in such a posiition, requiring dex to kill his only friend. This would be well within his code, as a) Miguel would have killed an innocent, and b) in the same way that he justified killing Doaks because it would destroy the lives of Deb, Rita, the kids, etc if he were found out. Unknown to him, he has released a wild dog and no good can come from it.
I agree, the most likely scenerio is that Dex will have to kill his only friend is most likely. The "doin it" statement might have been a little hasty, however the posibility of Mig. having had a past affair with the lawyer lady, maybe feeling betrayed by her rejection, professional position as a defense attorney (protecting criminals, and thwarting justice).Hmmmm all just a guess until the next episode.
dexter is not going to kill him - too obvius. he is going to let him take the foult and get him arrassted, thets the smartes thing to-do. and better on his conchence becouse he approoved to migule to do the firstg kill.
If Miguel kill a innocent person Dexter will kill him.
