Although I have read that Episode 9 (What He Beheld) was never meant to be the show's season finale, I thought it worked out alright. The episode answered a few questions and brought forth a new villian Margos Sarkissian - who seems more interested in harming Sarah/John/Cameron/Derek than in negotiating sale of The Turk. The episode also ended with a cliffhanger - where Cameron's fate is left unknown.

Hopefully, there will be T:SCC Season 2 continuation, where Sarkissian's agenda and Cameron's fate will be revealed.
