Episode 9 - The White Asparagus Triangulation ~Spoilers~

I don't know how many times I will have to say it but, again, Sheldon and Penny's interactions are what make this show good. Wolowitz and Koothrappali might as well not be there for the amount of entertainment they give. I especially like the start of this episode where Sheldon asks Penny not to need to have sex with Leonard. Laugh out loud funny.


Sheldon's OCD about knocking three times came to light today, again adding an extra annoying and funny characteristic to Sheldon.


However, I did find Sheldon slightly annoying this episode due to his interference in Leanord's love life. I don't know if its due to the fact that I like the actress Sara Rue, who plays Leonard's current girlfriend, but I really want it to work between them two and can see Sheldon's constant 'helping' to be a hindrance.


As i said last week, a step in the right direction towards this show loosing its failures at the start if this series and hopefully this will stay until the end of the series.

    I enjoy Sheldon and Penny's interactions as well (and Sheldon in general is the breakout star of this show), but this season especially I've actually been enjoying the supporting contributions of Wolowitz and Koothrappali...they've each had an episode or two this season where their characters have gotten some actual development.

    Wolowitz can definitely be a bit much at times, but I find Koothrappali adorable.

    For me, the weak link on this show is actually Leonard. I find both him and his squinting to be incredibly obnoxious...

    I think Penny's interactions with everyone is what makes the show good. Wolowitz and Koothrappali are not really that funny but as soon as Penny shows up those characters become funny.

    I agree with RachelL. Koothrappali is just adorable. I love him to death. Sheldon IS getting a bit overbearing in his annoyance in this episode ... it seems like he is getting in the way of a story line for the audience and annoying them as well (in addition to annoying Lenard and his new gf). Overall, in previous episodes I enjoy Sheldon's comedic contributions, but in this episode, it was just a bit over the top for me.


    Lenard also needs to grow a pair and stand up for himself more around Sheldon. No one is that weak-spoken, even for Lenard.
