Season 2: Not Looking Good

Bad news.

While nothing is still official, the current word is that a Season 2 is not looking good for Moonlight.

This is coming from E!Online.

Furthermore, Deadline Hollywood Daily is reporting that the show is not on the Fall lineup for CBS. That being said, it is still not canceled (not yet), so the people behind the show are doing everything they can to convince CBS to bring it back for midseason next year.

   omg they cant cancel moonlight after ghost whisperer its the best programme i watch and theres hardly anything good on tv anymore

   I AM A HUGE MOONLIGHT FAN! ITS THE ONLY SHOW I LOOK FORWARD TOO WATCHING EVERY WEEK - I WILL BE SO DISSAPOINTED IF THEY CANCEL IT! WILL BE A HUGE MISTAKE, ALL MY WORK MATES AND FRIENDS LOVE IT AND MY FAMILY ARE HOOKED ON IT ALSO!!!!!

   My family loved this show. We are sorry to see it go. I feel that CBS should allow the show to find its niche. The quality of the show would win out in the long run.Any problems with a slow start can be attributed to the writer strike not the show itself. Any chance it will be released on DVD soon. How about a move to cable, they already have Dexter making the crossover. Why not the other way.
