Nick Cannon is reinventing the art of being a gentleman - last night he personally showed up to pick up his wife Mariah Carey after she was done having dinner with a guy friend.

The actor/director donned a black pinstripe suit and tie and took a limousine over to Beverly Hills eatery Mr. Chow to give the "Touch My Body" singer a ride home - what a guy!
