Teaming up for a night of drinking and spending time with friends, Avril Lavigne was spotted out and about with Brandon "Greay Bear" Davis last evening (December 2).


The "Complicated" songstress and the oil heir enjoyed a swanky dinner out at Pace restaurant, leaving together in a chauffeured SUV afterwards.
