Bart and Crew to Get Their 500K
That was quick.
After reporting yesterday that salary disputes were delaying production on the 20th season of The Simpsons, it seems as though an agreement has already been reached.
"Bart", "Lisa" and all of the major Simpsons characters will indeed be getting the $500,000 an episode that they have requested.
Update: Seems like the Telegraph was reporting things prematurely. The actors have come to a deal, but it is for more around $400,000 an episode, according to The Huffington Post.

thats an insanely large amount for voice over actors....but simpsons is one of the best shows on tv and one of the largest tv show franchises so i guess they deserve it
they do actually deserve it. i mean just look at friends they were getting a million bucks an episode and they only had how many seasons?
Well yeah, but friends were Actor ACTORS, not voice actors and they deserve to get better pay. And who says its the best tv show, its like a really really...... big hamburger, u keep taking bites out of it but after the years its gone rotting and doesn't taste as good as it did new (fun fun analogies) ANy hoo its nothing like wat h lets say david beckham gets payed YEAH football fun now

2. Friends was always shit, The acting was poor and the only reason the program massed all those viewers was because everyone was forced to watch it in the mornings.
3. The Simpsons has been getting better all the time and managing to create original material, in fact if i had to i would say it was crap at the beginning.if you say it is getting old you are a bigger liar than George Bush and Tony Blair Combined into some 20ft superpolitician.
4. I am British and i am proud to say David Beckham and his family are no longer infecting our country. he always has been a crap footballer and his wife and her friends cannot sing for shit!

I'm British but I am disgraced, David Beckham is probably the best right mid-field soccer player, and Friends was the best show around when it was going but still everyone love it, the actiong isn't poor, maybe to you as you just suck want all action, Simpson has came a long way as well but it does get boring sometimes and then sometimes its great, but most impressive part that the writers managed to keep the show going and going, if I had to choose out of UK or USA, I would choose USA as they have everything.
