of course everyone loves in the Legen of Ron Burgundy the "I love lamp" scene:
Brick: I love... carpet.... I love... desk.
Ron: Brick, are you just looking at things in the office and saying that you love them?
Brick: I love lamp.
Ron: Do you really love the lamp, or are you just saying it because you saw it?
Brick: I love lamp. I love lamp.

Pretty much all of Ferrell's lines in Anchorman are hilarious but I like this one:
Ron Burgundy: I'm gonna punch you in the ovary, that's what I'm gonna do. A straight shot. Right to the babymaker.
For Me I liked Stranger Than Fiction very much.
The most funny moment when he first realize his life is being controlled by some writter and talks with her shouting in the road, and full movie is super funny.
Ricky Bobby was my fav thing he ever did...when he stabs himself in the leg...lol priceless
Ah my favorite moment has to be in Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby (2006) when Ricky Bobby stabbed himself on the leg with a knife to prove that he was sick but instead he suffered from severe pain and screamed. HILARIOUS! loved it lol.
My favorite Will Ferrell moment is in the Anchor Man when he was sitting having a drink the club manager goes knowing him and asks him to play the flute , he consistently declines saying he is unprepared , as the club manager is about to walk away he says you twisted my arm, walks up on stage dropping a flute out of his jacket sleeve and plays hilariously .. its so good

I'll second the person who mentioned Ferrell as Mugatu and the brainwashing video in Zoolander. Ferrell is hysterical as the comedic, batcrap-crazy, diva-villain in that movie and that scene, in particular, makes me die every time I see it.
