Has Dean ever really opened up to Sam?

| loading

Apart from his devastating scene in heaven and hell and the odd statment (like apologising for acting like a jerk after their dad died and revealing the truth about how he felt about it) has Dean ever really let Sam see how he feels.

I can't think of a situation where Dean has told Sam the complete truth on whats going on inside his head. How lonely he gets and how afraid of being alone, his apparent self hatred..

Sam Has probably picked up on it after all he's a smart guy and lets be honest its not like demons haven't dangled it in front of him (cossroad blues- the crossroads demon tells Sam that he'll really be happy when Dean is dead beacuse it'd mean no more clingy needy Dean holding him back) But Dean has never outright told Sam any of this, or am i wrong?

This is why I though that THAT scene in Heaven and hell was paticularly poignent beacuse never before has he opened up like that.(and dont get me wrong I love that scene its so perfect) But am I the only one who would like a revelation of his full emotions to be .. Dramatic I suppose would be the right word.. like in Dream a little dream of me when dream Dean was taunting him and just kept pushing and pushing till he snapped... What are you opinions on the matter? what would you guys like to see happen in regards to a big revelation.
