Set in 1913. Lady Mary is seduced by a handsome visiting Turkish diplomat, who dies in her bed the same night. To avoid a scandal, Lady Grantham and a maid help her move his body back into the Turk's own bed. Meanwhile, Bates's attempt to correct his limp has painful consequences.
