Shipwrecked
A sea captain, Hector Delgado, helps the Joes transport a canister containing a prototype Techno-Viper taken from Cobra's lab in the arctic to Washington D.C. in hopes to give it to General Abernathy as evidence that would expose the illegal activities of Cobra Industries.
