Debra Jo Rupp to Guest Star on Hart of Dixie

Debra Jo Rupp, forever known and beloved for her role on That 70s Show , has booked a trip to Bluebell. According to TV Line sources, the actress will guest star later this year as Betsy Maynard, the alcohol-imbibing mother of Wanda who is pawned off on Zoe after growing into too much of a handful for her daughter. Rupp portrayed matriarch Kitty Forman from 1998-2006 on That 70s Show and more recently anchored the short-lived sitcom Better With You . TV ratings: 'NCIS' has another huge night Tuesday

Fast National ratings for Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2013"NCIS" delivered its second-biggest audience ever Tuesday night, drawing more than 22 million viewers and scoring the night's best adults 18-49 rating as well.CBS scored an across-the-board win for the night, but there were little bits of good news for ABC and NBC too. "Private Practice" ticked up a bit from last week for ABC, while "Go On" rebounded some after a season low last week for NBC. "Parenthood" also repeated as the 18-49 leader at 10 p.m.CBS completely dominated the night in viewers, drawing just under 17 million people and a 10.6 rating/16 share in households. Christmas night in prime time was a step up from Christmas Eve, but not by much: CBS' reruns performed solidly in overall viewers and ABC got a 18-49 demo boost from a NBA overrun and an animated/live action double-header of "Dr. Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas." CBS had the night's most-watched show with a rerun of "NCIS."CBS averaged 8.1 million viewers and a 5.1 rating/10 share in households for the night.
