Parks and Recreation Boss Mike Schur on Ben and Leslie's Unconventional Wedding

It's the moment five seasons in the making (and also one Pawnee year of planning and two hours of prep): Leslie Knope ( Amy Poehler ) is getting married to Ben Wyatt ( Adam Scott )! Will everything come together in time? caught up with executive producer Mike Schur to find out about Thursday's eventful back-to-back episodes (airing 8:30/7:30c and 9/8c on NBC). Plus: Will Leslie finally get to build her park?

Parks and Recreation Enlists Patton Oswalt

Patton Oswalt will be on an upcoming episode of Parks and Recreation as a history enthusiast who thinks life was better back in the 1800s, when Pawnee's town charter was created. Showrunner Mike Schur confirmed in a conference call today that Oswalt was indeed Pawnee bound, and according to TV Line, his character is someone who's a thorn in Leslie's side when she tries to alter the town's guiding documents. (Recall that this charter also says "any woman caught laughing is a witch.") So he's like Pawnee's own Scalia, except with a hat .
