Jon Gosselin and TLC have settled their dueling lawsuits, but don't look for the octo-dad to return to the network.
"Jon has expressed his desire to close the litigation chapter of Jon & Kate Plus 8. And although all terms are confidential, he is hopeful that TLC will move forward with the best interests of the Gosselin family," said Gosselin's attorney, Mark Jay Hellar. "Sometimes litigants that kiss and make up find their relationship is much better the second time around. As Jon's attorney, I truly hope that this new adventure for TLC and the Gosselins is a much more joyful journey."
The network said in a statement that the lawsuits have been settled and that "the whole Gosselin family remain under contract with TLC." But a network source said the network only plans to move forward with a new show for Kate Gosselin.
Hellar declined to comment on whether Gosselin plans to return to television.
Kate Gosselin's attorney, Mark Momjian, also declined to comment.
Do you think Jon Gosselin will return to TV?
