'NCIS' Actor Joe Spano Heads to 'In Plain Sight'

Joe Spano, who currently plays FBI Agent Tobias Fornell on NCIS, will be trading off his uniform for a chance to play a man of cloth on USA Network's In Plain Sight, which will conclude its third season on June 30.

According to Fancast, Spano will guest-star as Gabriel Andrews, a priest who decides to enter WitSec after witnessing the murder of a parishioner's daughter in the season finale of In Plain Sight. Consequently, this means he'll be giving up his higher calling.

Moreover, Gabriel finds himself in a somewhat unexpected line of work--"one that ultimately could bring his way the same sort of danger he is trying to escape."

Spano, who is also credited for his roles on Hill Street Blues, NYPD Blue, and Murder One, is just one of the many guest stars this season on In Plain Sight. Past guest actors include Laura San Giacomo, Keith Nobbs, Joshua Malina, Steven, Weber Donnie Wahlberg, Lesley Ann Warren, and Cristian de la Fuente.
