Rick Fox has been added to the cast of Melrose Place (2009), TVGuide.com has confirmed.
Fox will play the owner of a restaurant at which both Auggie (Colin Egglesfield) and Violet (Ashlee Simpson-Wentz) work. The casting was first reported by the Hollywood Reporter. The former Los Angeles Laker-turned-actor has previously appeared on One Tree Hill, Ugly Betty (with ex-wife Vanessa Williams) and The Game.
Fox will recur in the role throughout the first season.
