Dollhouse Finale/Smallville Return Delayed for Haiti Telethon - Featured

As mentioned earlier today, it has been confirmed that The CW will bump Smallville to air the George Clooney-sponsored Haiti Relief Telethon.

Similarly, the series finale of Fox's Dollhouse, originally scheduled for Jan. 22, will be bumped a week; "Epitaph Two: Return" will instead air on Jan. 29 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.

More on the Telethon from TV Guide:

"The two-hour, commercial-free special - on ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, CNN, BET, the CW, HBO, MTV, VH1 and CMT - will be headlined by George Clooney in Los Angeles, Wyclef Jean in New York and Anderson Cooper in Haiti.

The broadcast will feature musical performances and celebrity appearances, which will be announced before the event as well as news reports from CNN."

No, the encouragement for donations and general fund-raising will.
I too am a cynic, but to COMPLETELY deny that any sincerity may be involved seems to be a bit myopic to me.
