If we look back on previous episodes of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, we can see that one of the sisters has shown how much she's struggled with her weight. Now that she's 20 pounds lighter, however, Khloe Kardashian is feeling even better about herself than ever before. It sounds like there's someone ready to rival Kim Kardashian's famous figure.
Flaunting her slimmer appearance, Khloe Kardashian revealed her weight loss secrets to Us Magazine. "I recently just lost 20 pounds!" exclaimed the 25-year-old reality television star during the Three-O Vodka Bubble launch party in NYC.
"I try to do just 30 minutes of cardio, mandatory," she explained. "Obviously if I have more time, I want to do weights, but really that cardio is what works for me because I'm bigger. Cardio is what leans me out, and it still works your muscle definition too. Any kind of cardio."
To mix things up when she gets tired of the routine, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star tries on a variety of exercises regularly. "I do different kinds everyday because I get really bored," Khloe said. "I do boxing, I go on hikes, I do stairs. I'm always switching it up."
Many wondered what drove this Kardashian sister to really get in shape. It's probably her upcoming reality series, where she stars with sibling Kourtney in Miami. But Khloe maintains that seeing herself look good is enough to make her continue.
"It's hard work, but it's worth it, and once you start seeing results, it keeps you motivated," she declared. "Now I actually get excited. I'm like 'I've got to start seeing arm definition soon,' so I go to the gym."
Another secret that Khloe has to share is her miracle diet product - Quick Trim - which she's launching with one of her sisters. The weight loss commodity gets a thumbs-up from Kim, who talked to In Touch Weekly about it during the recent Aces & Angels Celebrity Poker Tournament.
"It's a lemonade-based cleanse," Kim Kardahian revealed. "It's ready to go! Khloe has lost 20 pounds off of it!"
