'Two and A Half Men' actress on Charlie Sheen: 'He could walk away and be happy'


No word yet on whether CBS and Warner Bros. TV have managed to convince Charlie Sheen to stay another season or two on CBS' Two and A Half Men, but at least one fellow cast member hopes they 'support him appropriately.' Co-star Holland Taylor, who plays Charlie's mom Evelyn Harper, told EW.com that while Sheen is 'the brand of the show,' she doesn't know whether the actor will return for a reported salary of nearly $1 million per episode. Sheen's contract is about to expire and he reportedly hinted that this season could be his last.

The show will not survive without Charlie. So, if he decides to leave, I am OK to see it end. But I hope they, at least, make a movie (or tv-movie) to tie everything up. I hate it when series ends without resolving the underlying plots.
