There's a big change taking place at 'The Bold and the Beautiful,' with supervising producer Rhonda Friedman morphing into a new role. Friedman, an 11-year-vet on the soap, is going to move into a managerial role with show creator Bradley Bell. To take on showrunner duties, 'B&B' has brought in Ed Scott, longtime executive producer with experience on both 'The Young and the Restless' and 'Days of Our Lives.'
Scott is very familiar with the Bell way of doing things, having worked for years under Brad Bell's father, Bill Bell. Now it's Scott's job to keep the back-to-back Outstanding Daytime Drama Emmy winner from missing a beat.
