This Finale was so great it was one of the best episodes ever.

the first time that i cried the whole episode and wow the end perfect.

it was a dream. this finale was a dream. amazing work. i love it..

greta...exellent...amazing...so beautiful...i cant find my words...the season finale was jjust extraordinary!!!can someone please telle the title of the song wixh is playing when callie kisses hahn and izzie kisse alex and the chief his wife...what we are gonna live for....hopefully to find this kind of love...

I agree. This finale was great. I just hope that when the next season starts, Meredith didnt leave, when Derek told her to wait for him. I mean he waited for her. And he only did the clinical trials for her. I felt really bad for the nurse that he has been messing around with, but she had to know she was the rebound girl. But all in all. It was a good show. My face was wet nearly the whole time..oh and Alex...wow! got down to the bottom of his issues.

i dunno...i agree with miaj34 mostly...but i dont think meredith will leave...i think Derek wont come back...he'll just keep her waiting...its just guess though...
