Best episode yet! 99 Problems short review.

I can't think of a time an episode of supernatural has thrilled me more from start to finish.

The big opener was great, and i'm so glad they surprised me by not doing the whole 'X hours earlier' routine, but instead moved the story on to something completely different.

The whole whore of babylon thing was a nice way for them to still stay on track with the apocalypse story, while still having some of the greatest fight scenes supernatural has seen (sam and his knife!).

They topped it all off with the amazing scene between dean and the mother of his child, setting up for what can only be dean finally saying yes to michael, albiet with a few terms of his own.

I really can't wait to see how they tie it allup in these last few episodes.

Dean isn't that father is he? I thought that was just rumours spread around by fans, and apparently Ben's supposed to make an appearance later on and it's confirmed that Dean's the father. But these are again, rumours by fans. (Really doubt this now though)I think I would like it if Dean was Ben's dad. They had great chemistry as do Lisa and Dean. And Dean keeps saying he's leaving nothing behind but a car... I don't know, I think it would be kind of nice.
I agree about the fight scenes though, they are getting really good.

"the mother of his child"
Whoa, whoa, whoa. I suppose that could still turn out to be true, but it hasn't yet, and for now, the canon says no.
As for that scene with Lisa, that was one of the most disturbing things I've ever seen on this show (which is saying something). Not only because it played like Dean basically saying good bye to the world, but also because of all the stuff going on in Lisa's facial expressions. The way she is with Dean is ambivalent at best. Possibly dishonest. I have no doubt that she wishes Dean well, but even though she said so, I don't believe that she wants to be with him. Or that she would be willing to risk it, even if she does want to. She seems to associate Dean with trouble, and she IS a responsible mom. So, the vibe I get from her, when she's talking to Dean, is of someone trying to talk someone else off a ledge. So yeah, disturbing.
Best episode yet? No. But it WAS plenty thrilling. And I really liked Cas in this one. Hee.

AWESOME!!! Episode I have seen yet of Supernatural can't wait for the next episode. I think it would be awesome if it turns out that Ben is Dean's kid he so wants to get out of Hunting and be a family man and settle down but as they have renewed for a 6th Season I think it could be a VERY long shot. But Oh well I guess we have to wait and see.

Loved it. It was fantastic, and showed yet again the morality of the show (do what's right, not what others tell you).I loved that Sam knew what Dean is thinking of doing. However, I'd like a little more of a view of what Sam is thinking as he's been in more of a supporting role the last couple of episodes. I mean "Sam's an abbomination"... that's gotta hurt.
