Revelation and the Wiener Cuz

When a 20 minute episode feels like thirty five, that is a sign of a let down. But that doesn't quite explain how the episode went. To be specific -"Wiener Cuzins".

I love when characters create ridiculously funny terminology for the their self-proclaimed facts. This is the very reason I love Barney Stinson from HIMYM. Well, according to J.D, who later attempted to eagerly interlock his finger with Sean Kelly's (Elliot's ex), when two guys have done it with the same woman (Kim) they turn into Wiener Cousins. A relationship that is supposedly "stronger than family". Now I can't attest to its accuracy but it sounds like a great way to break the ice. What do you say?

Jokes apart, this episode had good deal of exhibitionism going on as well. J.D smiling broadly for the camera of a perv while he gets busy with Eliot and Dr. Kelso exposing his apparently fine behind while he marches around Sacred heart with a mission to seduce the female kind. Hilarious is all I can say. But it couldn't save this episode. This episode also had Turk persistently campaigning for a promotion to Chief of Surgery. Unfortunately I didn't really find the funny in it, which is why "My Cuz" was a drag.

Urologist Kim Briggs returns in this episode with her new boyfriend Sean Kelly (Elitots ex and now known as J.D's Wiener Cuz) to everyone's surprise. With them we saw the ultimate face-off of the exes, which was nothing but awkward. On the bright side, Kim's return did bring back some humorous memories. Do you guys recollect? The wedding ring phenomenon! I wouldn't have even have imagined then that J.D and she would have a child together. However, Sam, who appeared so seldom in the show, managed to do one good thing in this episode apart from being a baby and that is to bring J.D to realize that he wanted to be closer to his son, his family, which I think makes perfect sense.

Unfortunately the shows creators haven't realized their mistakes yet. They need to understand that the show was more powerful when it was closer to reality. It is something I really miss in the show which has over simpsonised itself today. I honestly didn't mind watching "My Cuz" but I can't help but think how much better it could have been. What do you guys reckon?

it was a good enough episode that did have its funny and great parts. i thought the whole Kim/Sean thing went really well and was great to watch because you could feel the hate from JD at the start and then the acceptance that well hes better than some othe guy i guess. Turks part was a little bit of a let down with him really not having enough time to do something with JD or the usual Turk screen time that developed his character, apart from the new role at the hospital. overall it did move the story along and drew the end closer, but comming from the last couple of episodes of my favourite show i am slightly dissapointed that its not as good as i would like, but for this show i guess i have set a really high standard that would be very hard to accomplish. overall i did think it was a good episode but not quite good enough.

Bill Lawrence already ruined this series with his indecisive attitude now all his has to do is make sure NO ONE buys the season 8 dvds so he can move onto cogartown which will get canceled after the first season.
