Who told Hurley to go on that flight (My theory)

Every one saw when Hurley was at the airport well he had a guitar case.(My guess it was Charles) so my guess is there was another one of those visions with Charle and he told him he need to go and help the others or something along those lines.

That's a great theory! I had thought the guitar probably has something to do with Charlie, but I hadn't connected that with Charlie having something to do with Hurley knowing about the flight. I am curious, though, why certain people had to/got to be represented in the crash and not others. For example, I guess it makes sense Jack's dad has to be represented by Locke this time around because it was part of Jack's experience, but Charlie was not part of Hurley's crash experience, and there was no talk of making sure to have something to represent anyone else in the original crash... intriguing or just bad follow-through on that writing?

I assumed Hurley took the guitar not to represent anyone, but rather because Charlie died and he had the guitar as a keepsake. However, it is a very good theory that Charlie told Hurley. Charlie wouldn't need to be represented because he died on the Island, and Michael "could go now" according to Christian-Jacob, so he wouldn't need to be represented either. I assumed the comic book that Hurley was reading was to represent Walt. My big questions are who or what represents Aaron, who was one of the O6, and what about Ji Yeon, Sun's baby? She just left her behind, knowing she's never going to leave the Island again? And she's calm about it? After all the infertility discussion? WTH?
Still, they never fail to disappoint, so I'm sure we'll get more on this as time passes.
