One more clarification

In the books, Eric is the one who kills Long Shadow and he is more loose and fun. Also Cho, the guy who replaces Long Shadow, is supposedly hot with tatoos on his arms.

yeah i agree, the killing of long shadow by bill was just dull, with pam and eric watching... looked weird, i prefer the book version. but i like pam on the show

I have to admit, I was kind of mad about both of these changes. I mean, it's a pointless change, really. It was waaaay better in the book. They're just making stuff up, and it's kind of stupid. I was excited for Cho, too. =] But instead I get some rotund Asian businessman instead of a hott one with cool tattoos.

Yeah, I hated the changes too because this whole trial crude is just added blah to make up for what they are changing and I know it would not be as interesting I guess if they did not change something...but why change the big things...I was REALLY disappointed how the handled Long Shadow, and who they picked as Cho...

I'm actually going to go against the flow here and say that I think Cho was a good pick. The book suffers from what most romance literature suffers - every male character is drop-dead handsome (especially the vamps) and they all are head over heels interested in the main (or want to kill her). A rotund vampire is a nice break from that, even if it is not true to the book.
Then again, we're not watching the book, we're watching a show that's based on it. I do wish that they'd have loosened up with Eric, but Pam makes up for that letdown.

Are they not all stiffs?
I like Eric- is he not supposed to be the oldest, would you not be bored out of your mind eating the same thing everyday for hundreds of years?
Cho seemed okay, I loved the wii comment.
love and luck to all,billy
