Chuck's at it again...

Although I may not have particularly liked Hannah, I feel the Chuck non-Sarah relationship train has taken the same turn it always does. Jill may have been slightly different and he may not have made it to the sleepover stage with most of them, but all of his relationships end after approximately 2 or 3 dates and when Sarah starts to see someone else. If they want to keep the will they/wont they Charah drama interesting they have to lengthen his/her other relationships and not let Sarah forgive Chuck so quickly for the whole Vienna (?) fiasco. Overall I feel that no matter how much we all love Chuck and Sarah, they need to keep them apart and make the show atmosphere more satirical. We all know Chuck is going to get depressed, start slipping on his cover, and get Ellie/Morgan on his trail AGAIN. Additionally, does anyone else feel they should've milked the Morgan likes Hannah but she likes Chuck love triangle more thoroughly? I was excited for some fun Morgan/Chuck best-friend fights and pranks, providing some much needed comic relief. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed Chuck's cover and Casey's incredible half-mile sniper shot. Thoughts?

I was also excited that the new love triangle did NOT involve Sarah.

cor first on anna they addressed it in the first ep this season where in passing morgan mentions that anna ran away with the hibachi chief.I feel the writers have made a number of errors this season I liked hannah and would have kept her around longer and instead killed shaw because his character is awful and the actor playing him is wooden. This show is becoming a serious examination of how not to do the will they wont they conundrum. This show is becoming a victim of the JOSH SCHWARTZ CURSE Iam writing a discussion piece on the curse in the next few days it relates to the fact that every show Josh is a ep of or writer dosen't or will not make it past four seasons.Examples of the curse are the Oc,Chuck -which probably wont make it past this season, GG which probably will not get a fifth season based on the current storyline of that show Hitched his new show will probably only get three seasonsI know a few of these are based on speculation however I am making a educated guess based onratings and the growing fan angst over the will they wont they sl in both GG and Chuck.

I'm personally a little sick of the whole "will they/wont they" thing, it's extremely frustrating. After the second season, and how they almost, ALMOST, got together properly, I just feel annoyed that Sarah is going off with Shaw with almost no regard for Chuck, and Chuck went off with Hannah with almost no regard for Sarah. I mean, they both talked about it and were like "Yeah, good luck" "Good luck." but they were supposed to be in love, you don't just fall out of love with someone because they decided they wanted to try to save the world instead of running away with you, it simply doesn't happen that quickly. You may "hate" them for awhile, but the feelings only gradually disappear. We occasionally get a short glimpse of Sarah looking sad as she listens/watches Chuck, but she explained it was because he was changing into what her and Shaw were, a proper spy who has to strip away everything about himself. Which could be interpreted as Sarah worrying that she's going to lose what she loves most about Chuck and why she fell in love with him in the first place, or she just doesn't want him to go down the same path she did.
I like everything to do with this show right now, apart from the Sarah/Shaw thing. I'm kinda glad Hannah is gone. Admittedly, at first I was like, oh god I'm going to hate this girl. But she came along and she was extremely sweet. Sadly, Sarah always comes first for me.

Same I feel that Sarah and Chuck have to happen no matter what and this whole back and forth thing is frustrating. She sits there and stares at Chuck, talks about how much he's changed her and how she is confused about who she is, and then goes off with Shaw! I mean sure Shaw is sexy and nice, but seriously? I really can't believe they've had her tell him her real name, almost immediately hook-up with him (even though she said she couldn't bc they work together), and confess her deepest feelings to him in three episodes when she hasn't done that with Chuck in four seasons! Nonetheless, this week got so much better and definitely relieved the uber serious vibe coming from this season. Ellie and Captain Awesome are also annoying me so so so much. They literally say the same thing and go through the same routine EVERY episode. I still love the show but I wish Schwarz would chill a little on the underlying storyline front and keep it playful for a bit.

Im actually really tired of Sarah treating Chuck like crap. From the very beginning in season 1, she treated him like an endearing little boy with a crush. Their relationship actually developed and changed in season 2, when they were 'almost' together in Prague and Chuck chose to be a spy over her...I agree with KanaKatastophe that feelings like that don't just go away, she must have had some kind of reaction to that, but they didn't really develop that at all. Chuck just moved on to Hannah and Sarah moved on to Shaw. And now that Chuch and Hannah broke up and Sarah and Shaw are still together, she's gone back to treating Chuck like a boy with a crush...leading him on...letting him think that something might happen between them, but pushing him away at the same time. I'm really tired of the whole will they/won't they drama now. It's getting old. Also, Sarah has a history of falling for the 'real spy' kinda guys - there was Bryce, another guy in season 2 that I don't remember the name of and now Shaw. The reason Chuck want to be a real spy is so that he can compete with all the other guys Sarah has dated. Instead, the more he tries to be like them, the more disappointed she gets in him. It's like no matter what he does he isn't going to be good enough for her. Her character has become monotonous and really annoying to me and the writers definitely need to come up with some more good and original material. Maybe something like a time jump to a year from now after Chuck has gone to Rome and come back a real spy and he sweeps her off her feet like Shaw did and this time she is the one chasing after him instead of the other way around like it's been for the past 3 seasons!!
